Michael Mosher - General Manager of the Golf Management Division 

Mike has had over twelve years experience, 8 years were spent as Director of Golf (Golf Professional & GM) at Mount Broughton Country Club, during this period he advised the club on course upgrades which saw the course ranking increase significantly. His staff provided service second to none and he was able to increase new Membership & Corporate play significantly.  

After this he moved to Bowral Country Club (in the same role) where he again was able to increase player numbers, membership and improve the facilities utilization rate.  He also oversaw the increase in Food and Beverage usage and profitability 

In addition to this experience, Mike has been a AAA rated pro for the last 12 years and multi awarded PGA Golf Professional with extensive experience playing not only throughout Australasia but in Canada & Japan.

Mike’s role in working with you is helping you improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and service delivery of your golf operations staff.

Paul Lilley - Director 

With over 22 years in business spread across 4 companies and 6 countries, Paul Lilley's career has featured an international mix of Sales, HR and General Management roles. For close to a decade 

Paul was a senior figure with Westpac, most recently heading their distribution team where he was responsible for 13,500 people and a $1 billion profit line. Prior to this, Paul held the role as CEO of Westpac's Business Bank where he was regarded as an expert in assessing businesses and helping businesses improve especially when they were distressed. He also held the role as GM of HR for the Retail Banking Division. Before joining Westpac, Paul held Asian, European and Canadian-based Sales and HR roles with Rothmans Mars and Nortel.

Paul’s role within Teed Up is helping us to dissect your business from a commercial perspective so that we can identify ways to improve your cost base and maximise your revenue streams. Paul has broad experience in facilitation and with a breadth of experience from board level right down to customer facing staff can ensure we get engagement across your whole club. He also has significant expertise in marketing and customer service which can radically improve your business.

Bede Hendren - Managing Director 

Prior to starting Teed Up Bede was the owner and Director of Porterallen Hendren for 10 years.  This was a medium sized recruitment and human resources Consultancy in Sydney with over 15 staff. Prior to this spent six years with Westpac Banking Corporation in both Australia and New Zealand.  Bede held a number of senior positions with Westpac.  His last position was the Executive Manager, Human Resources for the Business and Retail Banking group covering 18000 staff.   Prior to this he was the General Manager of Retail Banking's Executive Manager. 

Bede holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Studies from Massey University in New Zealand and have very strong business and finance skills.
